In honor of International Friendship Day and a partnership with North Shore Animal League, Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises hosted a dog-friendly cruise in NYC for the first time! Gatsby and I can finally cross this off our bucket list!
The Pawsitively Perfect Pup Cruise set sail from Pier 83, and dog parents all over NYC enjoyed an hour-long ride with breathtaking views of the NYC skyline. We got to see iconic places like the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Hudson Yards, One World Trade, and finally, the Statue of Liberty!
All the dogs enjoyed some sweet treats and went home with specialty swag like a Circle Line red bandanna.
Gatsby and I had such a lovely time, and I hope Circle Line decides to host more dog-friendly cruises. It would be nice if they offered longer rides and one that is held during the Fall when the weather is a bit cooler for the pups. A fall foliage ride along the Hudson River up to Bear Mountain sounds like a good idea. ?
All ticket proceeds were donated to North Shore Animal League to help support their mission to save homeless animals. This event was such a win-win for everyone!
