Nooci Review: TCM herbal supplements for your holistic wellness routine

Nooci Review | TCM Herbal Supplements

TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) has been essential to my overall well-being. When I was a little girl, my mom would always opt to take me to a TCM doctor in Chinatown whenever I got sick with a cold or flu instead of grabbing some over-the-counter drugs at a local pharmacy. The TCM doctor would prescribe me herbal teas or soups, and my mom would rush home to boil these herbal mixtures for me. I always felt better after taking them.

Now that I’m much older, I still lean towards a more holistic approach to health and wellness. Incorporating TCM’s benefits into my daily life for my general well-being is a must. But, with a busy lifestyle, I found it harder to find the time to boil herbs. And that’s when Nooci comes into play.

I’ve been taking Nooci products for about a month, and my Nooci review highlights why they are the go-to for TCM herbal therapy.

My Nooci Review

First, what is TCM?

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a system that has been used for preventative medicine in China for over 3,000 years. Its non-invasive techniques include acupuncture, moxibustion, tui na massage, cupping, gua sha, Chinese herbs, and TCM nutrition. To fully reap the benefits of the herbs, you must be consistent in taking them.

What is Nooci?

Nooci is a wellness brand founded by Stephanie Tan, who’s on a mission to make traditional Chinese Medicine more accessible to the women of today’s modern world. The name NOOCI is a combination of two Chinese words meaning woman energy which is pronounced “noo chee”.

Nooci’s Product Line Up

Nooci currently offers three products that address many women’s issues: fatigue, sugar cravings, painful menstrual cramps, and allergies that have you sneezing up a storm.

1. ReNoo Women’s Longevity

Nooci Review | TCM Supplement | ReNoo

ReNoo is formulated to boost energy levels, combat bloating, boost immunity, and support youthful aging*. It also helps lower sugar cravings which is great for me because I couldn’t stop going back to Maman NYC to pick up their chocolate chip cookie (named Oprah’s Favorite Things in 2017). After consistently taking ReNoo for over a month, I can say that I feel an increase in energy levels in the afternoons. It’s also helped curb me away from my Maman chocolate chip cookie cravings!

The first time I tried Renoo, I was surprised by its light and refreshing taste, like green tea! Growing up, the TCM herbs I used to take didn’t always taste the best because they were so bitter!

ReNoo comes in granule form, so I just add it to my water and mid-day smoothie. They are also great for traveling since they come in individual packages! I’ll definitely bring these with me when I take Gatsby on his next adventure.

2. Noo Air Nasal Relief

TCM Supplements | Noo Air Herbal Supplement

NooAir is a daily supplement to help clear nasal blockages, support nasal allergy symptoms, and boost immunity*. Most importantly for me, they are non-drowsy!

I suffer from nasal allergies but refuse to take over-the-counter medications every season. Not that I haven’t tried it before, but they always cause side effects like drowsiness (even though they say it’s non-drowsy) and extreme dryness in the mouth.

NooAir is going to be a game-changer for me this allergy season!

3. Noo Moon Menstrual Support

Nooci Review | TCM Supplements | Noo Moon Menstrual Support Herbal Supplement

Noo Moon will be your go-to product if you’re like me and generally feel like crap before and during your period. First, my back aches. Then, I feel bloated and look swollen all over. My cramps are also pretty bad the first two days of my cycle.

Noo Moon is formulated to ease PMS symptoms and cramping, reduce bloating, and boost your energy levels*.

After using Noo Moon through one menstrual cycle, I noticed that my cramps weren’t as bad as the previous few months. I was able to sleep through the night without waking up multiple times in a curled-up fetus position in pain. I also noticed that I didn’t feel as tired and bloated.

To fully reap the benefits of Noo Moon, I will continue to take it for the next few months to see if the painful cramping and bloating will be significantly reduced.
