All three Limelight Hotels—Aspen, Snowmass, and Ketchum, Idaho—welcome pets, but Limelight Snowmass is known for its slopeside location.
They charge a $30 fee for each pet per night. Make sure to call in advance to reserve some bowls for food and water and one of three different sizes of memory foam dog beds.
Aspen-Snowmass is known for being super dog-friendly. Dogs are welcome on the Snowmass trails until 8:30 am, which is great if you want your pup to exercise before the ski lifts start. Another great spot is the 5K Labrador Loop at the Snowmass Nordic Center, where dogs can run around off-leash.

Telluride is a great place for dogs. You’ll find special trails all over the valley where dogs are allowed to roam. One of the most famous winter hiking trails that dogs love, the Jud Wiebe, starts really close to the Hotel Telluride.

There’s a one-time charge of $150 for having your dog stay. They give your dog a comfy bed, leash, doggie bags, a Viceroy Bandana, and yummy liver treats. You’ll also find water and food bowls in the rooms.
If you can’t get back in time to take your pup for a walk, you can ask the concierge for dog-walking, but that’s an extra cost. And guess what? In the summer, dogs can ride in the Snowmass gondolas – how cool is that?!
11. Limelight Ketchum, Ketchum, Idaho
