With so many supplement brands out there, it’s hard to figure out which is best for you. When I was searching for a multi-vitamin, I wanted to ensure the pills I was consuming daily were doing more good than harm to my body. I didn’t want any sugary ingredients or any artificial colorants. Better health starts with better ingredients, and the brand Ritual promises just that. Everyone was raving about it on social media and now I understand why. I’ve been taking Ritual for a year now, and my Ritual Vitamins review highlights how they differ from other vitamins I’ve taken in the past.

My Ritual Vitamins Review
They Taste Minty Fresh
I was so surprised that these vitamins have a minty fresh taste! Other vitamins I’ve tried in the past literally almost made me gag because they tasted so bad. If a vitamin tastes like crap, you’ll probably not keep taking it every day.
They’re Perfect for Sensitive Stomachs
Ritual vitamins are the only ones I can take on an empty stomach without feeling nauseous*. They designed the capsules to be delayed-released which means they dissolve later in the small intestine, which is an ideal place to absorb nutrients. I would recommend Ritual to anyone who has a sensitive stomach.
Two Pills a Day is all You Need
I’m not a fan of taking more than two pills a day. Other vitamins I’ve tried recommended four pills daily! That’s insane. Ritual’s vitamins are small, but they can pack all their essential nutrients into a tiny capsule! Oh, and they’re so damn pretty looking too!
You Never Have to remember when to re-order your Vitamins
When you sign up for their subscription, you never have to worry about re-ordering a new bottle when you start running low.
You get what you pay for
Ritual’s monthly subscription is $30 for 60 capsules (a 30-day supply). There are other less expensive brands, but if you’re looking for quality ingredients and transparency, then Ritual is the brand for you.
Full Transparency on the Ingredients
Like I said before if I’m taking these capsules daily, I need to know what is going into my body. Ritual’s vitamins are non-dairy, non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan. If you go to the Ritual website, you can see sourcing and manufacturing information for every single ingredient.
Most importantly to me, Ritual multi-vitamins 18+ are USP verified. This means that the United States Pharmacopeial Convention rigorously tested the product for ingredient identity, potency, purity, and performance.
Here is a list of what’s in the Ritual Vitamin capsules:
- Boron – Helps to support bone health*

I am currently taking the multi-vitamin 18+. Ritual also offers multi-vitamins for 50+, for prenatal and postnatal, and men. The newest supplement is Syncbiotic+ for gut health which I’m very excited to try, so make sure you check back for my review in a few months!
